THE PROMISED LAND

Traveling to a place where I do not have to try, where I do not have to prove myself or to try to change anyone's perception of who I am and what I am on Earth to do, a place where I accept myself and all my shortcomings as well as my strengths and say "so be it" this is  the way it is and it will not change, I do not have to change anything or convince anyone that something needs or does not need to be changed.

I want to travel to a place where I am appreciated and where I appreciate myself for who I am which includes all my faults. To have someone love me, all of me, loving also my faults so they do not view these characteristics as needing to be changed, to be contented with my faults, to love it all, love everything about me, seeing that there are benefits to everything, including benefits to what someone else considers a negative trait.

To be proud of all of me, my shortcomings as well as my good points, to combine them and use both the negative as well as the "positive" to better the world around me. To use all my characteristics to be as an example to others to use as strengths to heal themselves and to heal others, to take a wound and to exemplify it, to turn it into a way we can be living and enjoying a Promised Land.

To have our shortcomings create this Land around ourselves, to use what others consider a faulty characteristic to actually be the one and only path, the tool, to contribute righteousness to society in a greater capacity than one could who does not have this same affliction.

To use our faults to increase our powers to change the world, to create a Promised Land for everyone.
