THE-PLACE-WHERE-EVERYONE-GETS-ENOUGH- SLEEP



Sleeping. Is sleeping good or is sleeping a bad thing. Does it all depend on when you sleep? Does it all depend on how often you sleep? Does it depend on where you sleep? Does it all depend on with whom you sleep? Does it depend on what else you could be doing besides sleeping?

Going to THE-PLACE-WHERE-EVERYONE-GETS-ENOUGH- SLEEP. There are people who do not sleep at night. The slightest noise awakens them and they then have bad days because they have no sleep at night and are tired during the daytime. There are people who walk around in sleepwalking states, dreaming while they are awake, because they could not get a deep sleep at night and instead are sleepy all day long. They cannot function, cannot even answer an email, because they are too tired and it gets impossible to get enough sleep during the day that they miss at night, because the sun is out during the day and so they cannot get to sleep.

There are people who sleep in the afternoons, when it is siesta time. When others are up and working and it is fiesta time. There are people who have to go to work everyday when they did not get any sleep the night before. There are people who take afternoon naps and are so tired in the afternoons that they cannot even pick up a phone call.

To be thankful for a full night's sleep, and the ability to rest and to then be awake in the daytime to function and to be there for others. To not be asleep when someone needs you. To be able to get sleep at night, a full night of sleep, to be there for others during the daylight hours.
