HOW TO FEEL THE LORD IN YOUR BACKYARD

Image result for SHABBAT IN YOUR BACKYARD

Today with tonight being the Friday eve of Shabbat and tomorrow Saturday being the daytime of Shabbat, I will not be traveling anywhere except in my imagination with G-D as we obey the mitzvoth to stay within our hometown grounds on The Sabbath to be with our Lord at home.

Lots of fun, a beach park of Lake Michigan 2 blocks east of my residence, no need to travel except by foot, using tongs at the beach so the soles of my feet do not burn in the heat of the sunlight as it permeates fiercely onto the sands I need to walk on to get into the cool crisp surfacing wave water, 100% natural  moving mikvah wave lake water, huge amounts, located in my backyard, to feel fresh and pure, not to go into a car or bus, also forbidden on the Orthodox Shabbat, must to travel by foot alone, not by motorized vehicle. G-D is everywhere we are.

Traveling to a children's park, also 2 blocks away east of my home, a park that was recently remodeled, resurfaced with cedar tree bark chips, new apparatus, new swing sets, new toy equipment, new slides, encircled by a fence for the safety of the children to not wander off. Happy Moms and Dads, laughing, dancing, smiling, jumping and having loads of fun. Also accessible by foot, no travel, no motorized vehicles, in the happiness of one's own backyard.

To travel distantly in one's imagination only, on Shabbat, to feel and taste and see and touch and smell and hear The Good Great L-rd.
