THE PLACE OF THE QUIET HEART

Image result for beach

My easy going heart does not beat like a drum.

The walls of each ventricle stay calm, like small waves of blue waters on a blue moving sea, see? See who see how? See saw.
A child's playground fun times equipment to climb still higher and higher Jacob's ladders. Rings to cling one after the other. No blisters, no bunyans, healthy children's feet, tiny toenails, please hold onto my hand Mom.

Does your heart beat irregularly? One two three instead of one two three four? He held onto my wrist, a pulse he did take. The left side sitra achrah. The right divine soul. Get rest!!

A butterfly costume, butterflies as symbols of God? Whatever it takes to cause you holiness, if it is a butterfly, more power to you.
What was that!! A white butterfly. Not a moth. Moths encircle lamps at night, white butterflies however flitter in the daytime.
How to take the stampede out of one's heart? Get off the rodeo, leave the bullfight, tip toe don't stomp. Keep your elbows off the tabletop. Look into the sky upward to feel our Lord, bow humbly before our Lord. Close your eyes, and pray.

To be blessed to have a healthy heart, regular blood pressure, strong knees, a walk a hike to the beach.

A kid's beach playground, kids screaming? No, they were laughing. A shovel and a bucket of lake water, a castle built in the sand, a wave to fill its moat. An alligator-less moat. Tiny goldfish instead.
Water water everywhere! But not a drop to drink!

To find a plastic water bottle abandoned on the beach, to fill it with cool fountain water, to apply cool water to one's hands, to jump into the lake water to immerse oneself deeply into the fluids, the natural moving waters, to cool off on a hot summer day.

Yippee! Yay!
